Introduction

Our company provides a video player that can be easily added to any website. We serve two main clients: website owners and companies promoting products.

The problem: Companies want their ads on popular websites, but uploading many videos directly is heavy on storage and processing.

Our solution: We host the ads and give websites a single link to display them. Website owners can manage ad space and track earnings, while companies see views, responses, and shares.

Now, we want to create a dashboard to make all this data clear and easy to access

Website provider (Jhone): Needs suitable ads, a video player, and clear revenue analytics.
Ads provider (Jessi): Wants ads placed on the right websites and detailed interactive analytics.
Video player staff (Zaheer): Aims to build a simple, clean analytics dashboard for both clients.

We created a basic solution blueprint to address the problem, shown below.

The final product, which has been revised several times, is now complete. It took time because it was developed once, and only the final version is included.
